I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Exhale TWC. I invite you on a journey to step into living in your authenticity.

I know it can be exhausting to constantly have to paint a smile on your face or feel like you are trying to hold all the pieces of your life together.

As a holistic therapist, I know you are more than your struggles and I want to support you in living your best life as determined by you. This includes not only addressing your mental wellness but also supporting your mind, body, spirit, energy, and community connections to help you to thrive.

As a Black woman, I understand the pressures and demands of navigating stress while also taking care of yourself and others, all while striving to live your best life and make it look effortless. I want to assure you that you don't have to tackle life's challenges alone. I aim to establish a safe space for you to simply be.

I specialize in supporting black and brown women who are dealing with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Life transitions

  • Stress management

  • Burnout

I work from an affirming and non-judgmental client-centered perspective and integrate various evidence-based modalities into my approach.
